Tick each one. Committee work is real work.

I commit to attending weekly committee meetings until October 2026, and more frequent meetings in the run-up.Meetings are typically 60 minutes, hybrid format. Missing more than 2 in a row triggers a check-in conversation. I understand committee membership is unpaid. A modest stipend covers transport for in-person meetings. Lunch is provided at full-day working sessions. I commit to staying through to the post-event wrap (mid-November 2026). Mid-cycle drop-outs are disruptive. If something genuinely changes, we'd rather know early than late. I understand committee members report to the committee chair, who reports to a Core Team member. I'll declare any conflicts of interest as they emerge — partner relationships, vendor stakes, family ties to applicants, and so on.
