Two tracks, two different commitments.

Which track?

Track A · Pre-event Skilled remote or in-person work in the months leading up to DDC26 — graphics, content, social, web, photography. Reports to the relevant committee. Track B · Event-week On-site station crew across the three event days. Pick a station, pick your days. Reports to the Operations & Volunteers committee.

Which department do you want to volunteer with?

Creative — design, content, photography, video, social Anything that produces a visual or written output. Portfolio required below. Programme & Content Speaker support, session running, programme research. Marketing & Comms Outreach, PR, partner communications. Partnerships & Sponsorship Outreach, follow-up, partner servicing. Operations & Volunteers Registration, check-in, volunteer coordination. Production & Venue On-site setup, stage support, exhibition build. Finance & Ticketing Ticket desk, reconciliation, vendor liaison.

Please read and tick each one.

I understand volunteers are not paid.We provide meals on event days, transport stipends where applicable, a DDC26 T-shirt, a certificate, and access to selected sessions on your free days. I commit to attending the volunteer briefing session.Briefings happen 1–2 weeks before the event. Missing the briefing means you can't volunteer on the day. I understand I report to a committee chair, not directly to the Core Team.Track A volunteers report through the relevant working committee. Track B volunteers report to a station lead, who reports to the Operations & Volunteers committee. I'm happy to be photographed at the event for documentation and post-event content.
